Policy Type

Overview

Policy Type is a mandatory field used to specify the product or coverage type. Most reports in Commission Tracker can be filtered by this field, allowing for detailed production analysis.

⚙️ Management

  • Location: Found under Tools → Edit Policy Type.
  • Requirement: Required for every new policy.
  • Capacity: Supports up to 30 characters; create as many as needed.

  • General: Life, Health, Dental.
  • Specific: Small Group Health, Large Group Health, 10-Year Term.
