Understanding the Results
The report aggregates financial data based on the Carrier Commission Table assigned to each policy and shows:
- Total Premium β The total volume of business associated with that table.
- Agency Commission β The total actual revenue received by the agency.
- Agent Splits β The total amount paid out to agents for those specific tables.
- Net House β The final amount retained by the agency after all splits are paid.
The system queries all posted payments within your selected date range and categorizes every dollar based on the Carrier Commission Table linked to the policy at the time of payment.

π§ Troubleshooting
A "System - None" entry appears in the report. This occurs when policies have no Carrier Commission Table assigned. Review the affected policies and assign the appropriate table so your product-line reporting is accurate going forward.
The report does not show individual client names. This is a summary-level report designed for high-level financial analysis. For a client-level breakdown, use the Book of Business or the Carrier Table Report.
A product type I expect to see is missing. Confirm that payments for those policies were posted within the selected date range, and that the policies have the correct Carrier Commission Table assigned. If the table was recently reassigned, only future payments will reflect the new table.
