Safe to Delete

Deleting files here does not affect data that has already been imported into the database. Keeping this area tidy makes it easier to find new files.

πŸ”§ Troubleshooting

A PDF carrier statement needs to be converted before it can be imported. Open View Cloud Files from the main screen. The PDFx converter is located here β€” upload your PDF and convert it to Excel. Once converted, the output file is saved to your Cloud Files and is ready to import using Import Carrier Statements (ICS).

I pulled a report but can't find it. Reports exported from Commission Tracker are saved to your Cloud Files automatically. Open View Cloud Files and look for the report file in the root folder or any subfolder you have set as the export destination.
