Error Types
Database Errors
Database errors occur when internal data files are damaged due to network interruptions, improper shutdowns, or interrupted imports. These require immediate attention to prevent further data loss.
Common messages: * "Unrecognized database format" * "Run-time error '3343'"

Import Errors (ICSE)
Errors that occur during Import Carrier Statement processing are managed through the ICS Errors screen. These are policy-matching, mapping, and data validation errors — not system errors.

🔧 Troubleshooting
I see an error message not listed here. Contact support@commission-tracker.com with a screenshot of the exact message. Include the steps you were taking when the error appeared.
The software crashed without showing an error. If Commission Tracker closes unexpectedly, restart the application and check whether your most recent work was saved. If data appears to be missing, refer to Database Errors or contact support.
