Primary Agent
Overview
The Primary Agent is the agent responsible for the account (Broker of Record). While commissions can be split among many, every policy requires exactly one Primary Agent. If none is selected, the system defaults to The House.

Reporting Filter: Use this to find the total value or policy list for a specific broker.

Auto-Splits: When combined with Carrier Table Agent Splits, the Primary Agent's level automatically generates the commission rules.

- ✅ Import Efficiency: Correctly identifying the Primary Agent during a policy import allows the system to build your commission split tables automatically.
- ✅ Organization: Policies are grouped by Primary Agent in the Policy List Report "Agents View."
