Overview

Commission Tracker tracks the entire lifecycle of a policy through the Policy Terms list. Each time a policy is renewed, a new term is created, allowing the system to store independent Payment History and data for every year of the policy's life.

You can choose the renewal method that best fits your workflow: * Manually Renew a Policy * Renew Policies (by Carrier) * AutoRenew Policies


💡 Best Practices

  • Preserve History: Never overwrite dates on an existing term to "renew" it; always create a new term to preserve your historical commission data.
  • Audit Ready: Use the independent terms feature to quickly answer client or agent questions about specific prior years of coverage.
