Manage and organize your agency hierarchy by sorting the Manage Agent Levels and Uplines grid found in the Tools menu.

Click the heading to sort by:

Agent: Alphabetical organization.

Start Date: Chronological history.

Agent Upline: Group by manager.

Agent Level: Group by hierarchy tier.
💡 Best Practices
- ✅ Manager Reviews: Sort by Agent Upline before running reports to ensure all downstream agents are correctly mapped to their upline.
- ✅ Historical Checks: Use the Start Date sort to verify when a specific agent's level was upgraded or changed.
