Overview

Manage and organize your agency hierarchy by sorting the Manage Agent Levels and Uplines grid found in the Tools menu.

🔍 Sortable Columns

Click the heading to sort by:

  • Agent: Alphabetical organization.

  • Start Date: Chronological history.

  • Agent Upline: Group by manager.

  • Agent Level: Group by hierarchy tier.

💡 Best Practices

  • Manager Reviews: Sort by Agent Upline before running reports to ensure all downstream agents are correctly mapped to their upline.
  • Historical Checks: Use the Start Date sort to verify when a specific agent's level was upgraded or changed.
